A Bit About Us.

At our core the Trades Ambassador Project (TAP) is a not-for-profit initiative of BridgeWorks* and exists to inspire and enable our youngest generation to find fulfillment and value through Trades & Manufacturing careers. It is designed specifically with Gen Z in mind. Free to students and educators, we connect this unique and diverse generation with the employers and technical schools looking to hire and train them. The TAP is a unique solution designed to address the large and growing skilled labor shortage by bringing energy and excitement back to Trades & Manufacturing careers.

The Trades Hub website features easy access to resources, scholarships, and job opportunities (including our unique day-in-the-life videos) that promote career pathways and opportunities in Construction & Systems, Machines & Manufacturing, and Vehicles & Engines. The Hub is an indispensable resource for high schools, community organizations, technical colleges, and employers!
