Walser Automotive Wallin Scholars are lower-income students who benefit from tuition assistance as well as a Wallin advisor so they may complete an Associate's degree and become a full-time Walser employee. While completing their degree, students may work part-time for Walser during their two school years and full-time during a summer internship, and they also receive a company mentor.
Students may attend one of the technical schools below and pursue an Associates degree in an auto body technician program in order to qualify for the Walser Automotive position:

As a full-time Body Technician, you will:
High school education or equivalent (or in-progress). Pursuing or applying to 2-year technical degree. High motivation level and ability to multi-task and work well with others. Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
