Customer service engineer apprentices earn a debt-free associates degree and gain skills in the mechanical and electronic field. The apprenticeship is a formalized 3-year dual training program that combines structured on-the-job training and related technical instruction. Upon completion of the program the apprentices receive their Journeyworker Card from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, an associates degree from a local technical college, and international credentials through the ICATT program.
Upon program completion, customer service engineers travel up to 80% of the time where you will visit customers to:
Entry level. Applicants must be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, US work eligibility, valid driver's license, clean criminal background, and technical college placement scores falling within an acceptable range
$11-$13 per hour and fully-paid tuition toward an associates degree
