JL Schwieters Building Supply Construction, Inc, is the industry’s fastest growing lumber supplier and framing company. JL Schwieters is a complete component/pre-fab manufacturer and full building supply center. We manufacture roof and floor trusses, wall panels, stairs, fireplace/entertainment centers and many other pre-fab components. Our labor division performs the field install of these products.
We are non-union, work a typical day from 7am-5pm Mon-Fri, and work in and around the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
Framing/setting walls, setting floor panels, setting roof trusses, sheathing floors/roofs, and much more.
Ideally, we would like to find candidates who have framed before and who knows their way around a job site. A framer that has built using prefabbed components would be a HUGE plus! We build both residential and commercial projects as well.What else are we looking for in a candidate? Someone who is: Highly Motivated. Thrives in Production Environments. Great Attendance. Dependable transportation. Valid Driver License. Able to pass a pre-employment physical. Able to read a tape measure. Can use a nail gun. Knows their way around a construction site.
$16-$18 depending on qualifications
