As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setup, machining, programming, and inspection of work for any type of tooling. You will also demonstrate Mustad Hoofcare Group values, showing respect for and engagement with co-workers, especially as they contribute to a quality product and organization success.
Possess training and/or certification in CNC machines operation. 3 years CNC experience (including setup experience). 5+ years of CNC experience may be considered in lieu of formal CNC training. Possess working knowledge of standard inspection tools. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to train and coach others and contribute as a team member. Excellent problem-solving skills and blueprint interpretation. CNC (5-Axis) programming experience desired but not required. Mastercam/Solidworks experience strongly preferred but not required. Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, bend, balance, reach above shoulders, and crouch. Ability for frequent use of hands to feel, handle, touch, or manipulate and use foot/feet to operate machines. Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
