The Concrete Finisher’s duties include but are not limited to grading, setup, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces including but not limited to concrete floors, sidewalks, curbs, and stairs. They are responsible for keeping a clean jobsite and completing all tasks in a safe and productive manner.

Comply with all KJC Safety Policies at all times
A valid driver’s license. Reports to work on time at the location specified by foreman. General knowledge of blue print reading. Provides, maintains, and replaces as needed the tools required for the position as listed on the concrete laborer tools list. The ability to lift 75-100lbs. Physical ability to stand and perform repetitive work that includes bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, kneeling, sitting and squatting for 8 or more hours a day. Effective communication skills including; speaking, listening, and following oral & written instructions. The ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure in a calm manner. The willingness to work overtime as needed.
