This position is located in our state-of-the-art, greenfield site with modern amenities including a hot food cafeteria with a full menu; bright, clean, climate-controlled environment; customer experience center; and cutting-edge manufacturing technology including scanners and digital vertical storage areas.

Job Description

Utilize schematics to assemble technical components into HVAC products and systems.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and instructions, maintain housekeeping standards of work area and perform other functions on and off production line as required.
• Use repetitive assembly operations related to component parts.
• Take part in the training process for all new team members.
• Provide input regarding the performance of new team members.
• Participate with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams.
• Work with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Years of Experience

Must have high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six months related experience. Must be able to read schematics and follow proper procedures and instructions.
