Job Description

Operate a CNC machine to modify enclosures and back panels for production.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Operate the Perforex to modify enclosures and backpanels for production
• Locate program numbers in the job folder
• Change out machine tools (i.e., cutting bits) correctly
• Deburr panels after they have been drilled by the machine
• Perform preventive maintenance on Perforex
• Load and unload enclosures and backpanels safely
• Inspect enclosures/backpanels for damage and initiate MRB process as needed
• Work on prototype panels with direct assistance from engineering
• Utilize various engineering and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, assembly drawings/instructions, and DFX drawings/2D's
• Maintain a safe, organized and efficient work area. Ensure that machine guards are in place and operate machine in a safe manner at all times

Minimum Years of Experience

Two or more years of CNC operating experience with programming is a plus.
