Job Description

Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a full time HVAC Service Technician to add to their family. You will service and repair both residential and commercial HVAC equipment. They do not expect their service technicians to sell anything. There is NO upselling.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair HVACR equipment
• Reassemble and test systems following repairs
• Perform and recommend preventative and general maintenance procedures for both residential and commercial applications
• Record and report all follow-up repairs
• Discuss heating-cooling system issues and communicate with customers regarding services performed
• Record and report all materials used on each job
• Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Have and maintain a clean driving record
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Have or be willing to get the proper certification
• Assist with other work in coordination with service team
• Maintain company supplied tools

Minimum Years of Experience

2-5 years experience preferred, but not required if coupled with a can-do, ready to learn attitude. Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers. Possess a valid driver's license with no major driving violations.

Salary or Hourly Rate
