• Full Time (40 hours per week)
• $1 shift differential per hour for 2^nd shift, $2 shift differential for 3^rd shift

Job Description

As a Kit Line Assembler you play a key role in safely packaging our customers’ quality products by assembling, labeling, packing, and stacking packaged products.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Safely assemble and pack custom products for our customers in the lawn, garden, and recreational industries by counting, packing and palletizing for shipment.
• Contribute to our quality initiatives by identifying defective materials or questionable conditions.
• Assist teammates with changeovers of the assembly line equipment and materials.
• Stage finished products for shipment by lifting, carrying, and operating pallet jacks

Minimum Years of Experience

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Entry level. Safety and quality mindset. Accurately communicate and understand written and verbal instructions and resources for various assembly line activities. Ability to collaboratively work on fast-paced and dynamic team. Ability to repetitively lift 10 lbs (frequently lift up to 60 lbs). High School diploma or GED. Basic mathematical abilities and computer literacy. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART (Preferred Qualifications). Prior production, light assembly, light industrial, packaging, or general labor experience. Understanding of Lean Principles. Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.

Salary or Hourly Rate

$16+ per hour
