As a Loader/Unloader, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining warehouse functions, including carrying, loading, and unloading big and bulky items between staging area, dock, and trailers, operating walkie-riders and pallet jacks, and performing light janitorial duties including sweeping, emptying trash, picking up litter, and cleaning the dock. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of general warehouse experience and is proficient operating walkie-riders and pallet jacks. Preferred candidates have direct experience handling big and bulky items. You will report to the Warehouse Manager. Schedule: M-F, 6-2:30 PM; 7-3:30 PM; or 8-5 pm (flex options available for part-time role).
High school diploma preferred, but not required. Must be able to lift/carry 0-75 pounds frequently and 75-150 pounds occasionally (team lift). Must be able to push/pull up to 150 pounds occasionally. Must be able to bend/twist/stoop/kneel/squat/reach frequently. Must be able to stand/walk constantly through entire 8-hour or 10-hour shift. Must be able to hold and operate a handheld scanner occasionally. Must be able to reach with outstretched arms frequently. Must be able to reach overhead occasionally. Must be able to work with exposure to seasonal temperature changes. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of general warehouse experience and is proficient operating walkie-riders and pallet jacks. Preferred candidates have direct experience handling big and bulky items.
$19-21 per hour + $500 signing bonus. Additional pay premiums available for attendance bonus and 2nd shift differential.
