As a Maintenance Technician, you will support DDL’s facilities by maintaining and repairing equipment and procuring supplies, parts, and services as necessary.
Two year technical degree in HVAC or similar. 3-5 years of HVAC experience. Possess an understanding of facilities and maintenance concepts, advanced environmental chamber functionality, blueprint reading, and Microsoft office. EPA certified to handle refrigerant. Additional important skills for this position include: creativity, detail-oriented, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, being self-motivated / self-directed, being a team player, having a mechanical aptitude, having strong problem-solving skills, and being customer service-oriented.
