Job Description

As a Manufacturing Team Member, you will work under supervision where duties are clearly defined to assemble, inspect, and pack medical devices. You will also participate in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction, while expanding your skill base through on-the-job training, cross training, and classroom instruction.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Set up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI’s) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI’s)
• Understand one's own tasks and how they relate to others on your team
• Follow Standard Work where applicable
• Assemble component parts as per print, utilizing both manual and automatic machine operation
• Visually and/or dimensionally inspect parts and/or completed assemblies for conformance to specifications, while identifying and escalating quality non-conformances
• Complete required Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Package assemblies for shipment
• Participate in team activities focusing on process/product improvement, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction
• Actively participate in “flex break” programs as required
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Adhere to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements
• Perform other functions as required/assigned

Minimum Years of Experience

Entry-Level. Must have a High School diploma or GED. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instruction. Ability to read blueprints preferred. Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred. Previous light assembly experience in a regulated industry with medical devices preferred. Able and willing to learn assembly operations. All offers are contingent on passing a drug test and background check.

Salary or Hourly Rate

$16-17 per hour
