As a Manufacturing Tech II – MG Commercial & Pilot Plant (2nd shift - 3:00pm - 11:15pm), you will be responsible for following manufacturing processes and procedures on the designated shift to ensure safe, quality pharmaceutical product manufacturing. You will set up, adjust, and troubleshoot pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery and ensure manufacturing operations are completed per standard operating procedure. You will also train and qualify to operate manufacturing equipment, including press operation and encapsulation, in the commercial manufacturing environment. This position requires flexibility and the willingness to work through many changing priorities. You must be willing to flex hours (work first and/or second shift hours) when required to meet business needs.
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing, packaging, or maintenance/mechanical environment. Experience operating automated machinery/and or manufacturing equipment (e.g. blenders, coating pans) strongly preferred. Ability to demonstrate mechanical and technical knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical packaging standard operating procedures. Possess the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand on your feet for 8-10 hours.
$18.75+, based on related experience
