Develop quality plans from engineering drawings and determine gage and fixture requirements; ensure the quality of parts produced meet all customer expectations; quickly and effectively take action when non-conformances are found.
High School Diploma or equivalent GED. 3 years of related experience. Exceptional mechanical aptitude. Good verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 6 years of related experience ASQ Certification. Technical knowledge of machining processes. Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
