As a Shipping Assistant, you will label and package product, prepare shipping documents, and prepare parts for shipment to customers. Using customer-specific requirements, the Shipping Assistant must determine the best packaging method to protect product against damage during shipment. You must be able to work efficiently and provide accurate counts. You must also be able to input data into the computer system to maintain accurate inventory levels. Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, day shift, overtime and flexibility available.
Entry level. Proficiency in using computers. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to read and write English.
$15-16 per hour
