JL Schwieters is one of the fastest growing framing companies in the state of Minnesota, with 28 crews and growing! We also recently added over 144,000 sq. ft to our Hugo facility! We are a complete component/pre-fab manufacturer and full building supply center. We manufacture roof and floor trusses, wall panels, stairs, fireplace/entertainment centers and many other pre-fab components. Our labor division performs the field install of these products.
This is a second shift position, working 530am-330pm Mon-Thurs and 530am-130pm on Friday.
Optional OT is available on Saturdays as well.
Basically, you are framing under a roof. You will be working in a manufacturing setting, on your feet, building walls, floors, trusses, stairs, etc.
Ability to use a nail gun. Can read a tape measure. Highly motivated. Thrives in Production Environments. Great attendance. We will train you how to build walls, floors and trusses! Great Entry Level Opportunity to get your foot in the door in carpentry!
$15-$18 per hour, depending on qualifications. 2nd shift differential of $1.50 per hour
