Support safe routine window and door installation in a team environment involving supervised learning opportunities. Guided by Renewal by Andersen training and safety programs.
Entry-Level. HS Degree or equivalent (shop class experience valued). Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record. Basic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials. Basic knowledge and use of power tools (chop saw / table saw). General understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices (covered in training). Basic math skills (ability to read a tape measure). Willingness to learn. Ability to work with others - teamwork. Problem solving ability. Ability to follow directions of Installer II & Team Lead. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
$18-25 per hour + Customer Satisfaction Incentive of up to $1,600 per quarter
