The North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) offers an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree program called the Diesel Technology – Komatsu program. This program combines state-of-the-art on-campus training in Wahpeton, North Dakota with a paid internship at RMS available both during and after the program.
This degree can be earned in 20 months, and eligible candidates will not only be guaranteed a job with RMS upon completion but can be reimbursed for most, it not all, of tuition expenses during their first three years of employment with RMS.
