What is it?

The Trades Hub Wallin Scholars program supports lower-income students who seek trades and manufacturing careers requiring a technical education. Trades Hub Wallin Scholars are provided with tuition aid in pursuit of two-year Associate’s degrees while also working part time for an employer who has a full-time position waiting for them once they graduate.

Trades Hub Wallin Scholars will begin school in the fall of 2022 at a technical school and in a particular degree program specified in the job posting. These positions are posted on the Trades Hub job board and may be discovered by typing "Wallin" into the right search bar. (The current list of Trades Hub Wallin Scholar positions may be seen here.)

Do I qualify?

To be considered for a Trades Hub Wallin Scholar position in partnership with our Trades Ambassador companies, you may attend ANY high school in the metro area, you should have a minimum GPA of 2.0, and you should have a maximum household income level of $75,000.
